Arte Di Muro is an online design boutique offering a straightforward ordering process. Start by selecting a design from our wallpaper collection. Next, request your custom quote by clicking the ‘MAKE AN ENQUIRY’ button or simply email us your project requirements. We’ll respond with a custom quote tailored to your needs. To proceed with your order, confirm by replying to our email with your delivery address. We’ll then send you an invoice for payment. Upon receipt of your payment, we’ll send a confirmation and a preview file (.JPG) of your chosen design with the specified proportions. After you confirm the design, we’ll prepare and ship the wallpaper to the provided delivery address.
Q. Can I order wallpaper in the exact dimensions of my wall?
Absolutely! Our design team will customize the chosen wallpaper to fit your wall dimensions at no extra cost.
Q. Do you provide a digital preview of the wallpaper before printing?
Yes, providing a digital preview is an integral part of our process to ensure that the final product meets your expectations.
Q. How long does the process take?
Typically, it takes up to 2 days to create the digital preview and an additional 8 working days for printing and shipping. You will receive a tracking number once your order has been dispatched.
Q. How do I know if my order request has been received?
Arte Di Muro will confirm receipt of your order by sending you an invoice along with payment details.
Q. When does the production of my order starts?
Production begins once we have received your payment and you have confirmed the customized wallpaper design.

For each of our wallpapers you can choose between two media types:
Art Textured wallpaper
Urban Textured wallpaper

Bank transfer, E-transfer or PayPal.
Q. Which countries do you ship to?
Arte Di Muro ships worldwide.
Q. How do I know that my order has been shipped?
Our logistic department will contact you by email with the confirmation as well as the shipper details.
Q. Do you have a minimum order?
We accept orders above 3.0 sq.m or 33.0 sq. feet.
Q. Delivery Price?
Free delivery on orders over $ 1,500. Valid for Canada, USA and Europe. Exceptions may apply.
Delivery time 5-10 business days depending from the courier (UPS/DHL/Fedex, GLS).
For all other orders delivery price will be calculated separately from the price of the wallpaper and will be included in the orders quote.
Q. How can I get samples?
You can get a free sample of the desired wallpaper. You only have to pay the delivery costs. For more information please, contact us.
Q. Returns?
Each wallpaper is custom-made to order, and therefore we are unable to accept returns once they have been produced.
